In the event that you are our client and a consumer (legal assistance is not provided to you in connection with your business activities) and a dispute arises between us from the contract for the provision of legal assistance, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to a designated entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which is:<\/div>\n
